I’ve been using the Qidi X-Smart 3 for quite a while now. The printer itself is definitely solid. To be completely honest, it’s not a 100% plug-and-play machine. You will occasionally run into minor print imperfections, and it takes some tinkering and fine-tuning with the settings to get everything running dialed in. If you're willing to do that, it performs reliably. What really stands out, though, is the customer support. The service is simply top-notch: fast response times, very friendly communication, and genuinely helpful, pragmatic solutions (even providing dedicated video guides for mechanical issues). Solid 4 stars for the printer, an absolute 5 stars for the support.
