Excellent Service
We booked our family’s train tickets through China Highlights for our trip from Beijing to Harbin, and the experience was very reassuring, especially as first-time train travellers in China. We initially booked Harbin to Yabuli as well, but later decided to cancel and upgrade our first-class tickets to business class. The whole process was completely hassle-free. We dealt with just one staff member who was extremely patient, responsive, and accommodating, even after multiple timing changes. The service gave us great peace of mind and made our family trip much less stressful. Highly recommended for families and first-time travellers.
