Their billing is horrible
Their billing is horrible. They bill you with a completely different name, it gets flagged as fraud and takes days to straighten out. You think it is fine and after a while they label it as fraud again and after straightening it out Topmediai then blocks it. I swear you cant pay this stupid company for the life of you. Im done, their support is in Europe and they are closed during opertating hours in the U.S. you have to wait till the next day for a response and it is always a generic one like "Try a different card" when they have it blocked on their end. Very poorly run business!
