Poor customer service.
I had no problem with the sharpening jig itself but more with customer service. The image on the website was misleading. It showed a chisel angle set up for the honing guide but that item was not sent with the chisel holder. They indicated that I had ordered the wrong item but I showed them that the image showed the guide was included. I tried to return the product but they refused to do so. They only offered me a partial credit which I could re-purchase the correct product. If I had done that the cost savings would have been lost. Overall very frustrating dealing with their customer service.
