Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! It’s been over a week and the case still has not shipped. First email I sent I quickly received a return message stating they were expediting my order, it was moving in their system and they were very sorry for the long delay in shipping and offered me a $10 off code. Now it’s 5 days later and I have written more emails since I still have no tracking and now my emails are being ignored. I’ve used their “contact us” button, replied to emails they sent and absolute crickets…no response for 3 days now. I have a feeling they are oos on the case? Idk the issue but their cs is not on top of it. There is no way a customer should have to reach out this many times for an item they purchased, just to be ignored for this long.
