I love Velvet Caviar cases and have quite a few in different colours. They’re stylish, well made, and I’m generally a big fan. However, I’m really disappointed that the company advertises and provides influencers with versions that aren’t actually available to buy. In particular, I love the open camera options shown in the Cashmere Taupe and Sand Stone styles on social media, but when I contacted VC, I was simply told for 6 months they aren’t available yet and to “keep an eye out.”
It’s frustrating to see designs being promoted that customers can’t purchase, especially if you don’t like the closed camera cover style. I really hope they make these options available, as I would happily buy a few of them.

I LOVE these cases!!!!!! The last case I bought about a year ago, I dropped my phone from the subway in Chicago off of the platform and down to street level which is about 15-20 feet down. I was expecting my phone to be stolen or shattered at the very least. My phone was in perfect condition minus the case being slightly damaged from the drop. I promised myself I would leave you a glowing review after your case saved my phone!!!!! GET THESE CASES!!!! This Powerpuff case is the cutest one ever! I love how it glitters in the background and in the sun it's amazing. You forever have my business!!!! <3

I saw a YouTuber put one of their mermaid cases on a Galaxy S26 Ultra phone and I thought I just had to check it out. The designs really blew me away! I like how each phone case is shown in a real video too so you can see how it looks versus just a photo. Shipping was free when I got 2 cases and a phone grip ring, and they came fairly quick too. When they arrived I was so excited, I was blown away by the quality, the image design wraps the edges and if you get one with glitter they are very sparkly ✨️ the magnetic phone grip also holds very well and I do like that i can take off when I need to. I will definitely be getting more to have a different phone case for each season ☺️

Horrible customer service! It’s been over a week and the case still has not shipped. First email I sent I quickly received a return message stating they were expediting my order, it was moving in their system and they were very sorry for the long delay in shipping and offered me a $10 off code.
Now it’s 5 days later and I have written more emails since I still have no tracking and now my emails are being ignored. I’ve used their “contact us” button, replied to emails they sent and absolute crickets…no response for 3 days now. I have a feeling they are oos on the case? Idk the issue but their cs is not on top of it.
There is no way a customer should have to reach out this many times for an item they purchased, just to be ignored for this long.

Worst phone cases ever I dropped my phone from less than a foot out of my shirt onto the floor and the entire back of my phone, including around the camera lenses shattered I have a velvet caviar case with the leash and magna wallet on the back the entire back of my phone is destroyed from just one drop. complete waste of over $100 for the entire set because the cases dose nothing to protect the phone. It also makes the phone heavier and the iPhone 16 Pro. Max is already heavy as it is. The only thing velvet caviar cases are good for is making your phone look pretty. I would not recommend these cases if you’re a mom with children, you’re a teenager or a young adult who moves around a lot or you drop things often, the case will not protect your phone. And it’s not obvious when the back of the phone gets broken. So when you go to take the case off, like to clean your phone or something, you just end up getting rained on with tiny shards of glass. The only indication I had that something was wrong was because the glass was broken around the camera lenses. Also if you’re holding the phone and you almost drop it and try to catch it by the leash, the leash just ripped out of where the charger port is and then the phone falls harder. Just get a better phone case it’s really not worth the money.

My first order didn't arrive and the case doesn't properly fit
My first order didn't arrive, I was told it was likely stolen but I believe my order was never sent. They gave me enough store credit to make another order, which arrived.
Unfortunately the case is incredibly tight and doesn't seem to fit my phone properly, the buttons don't react when pressed or misfire on accident. The plastic also feels a bit cheap, so I'm worried of the longevity.
The magnets seem good as well as the wallet. The customer service was good when I contacted them for my missing order.

I am deeply disgusted by Velvet Caviar's business practices and selective discrimination. On August 5th, I placed order #143609541 for $213 USD. Their checkout system verified my address in Ukraine, offered DHL Express Shipping, and charged my card immediately.After a week of holding my money, their support agent Jessa admitted that DHL Express is fully functional and safely delivering to Ukraine every single day, but they refuse to ship because they "cannot manually bypass software restrictions" to print a shipping label. This is a pathetic display of corporate laziness! An international multi-million dollar brand cannot spend 5 minutes to manually fill out a DHL waybill for a customer.Our country is currently going through a war, yet our people, businesses, and infrastructure continue to function, adapt, and operate flawlessly every single day. It is embarrassing that we maintain high standards under bombs, while a well-established US brand cannot manage to put a few phone accessories in a box because their software won't let them.I am NOT accepting a cancellation or a refund. I legally purchased these items as a time-sensitive gift. Velvet Caviar, do your job, manually log into your DHL portal, and ship my order immediately! Potential international buyers, beware of this company's shocking lack of accountability.
