This is the easiest review I'll ever write. I've been buying Velvet Caviar for years. I have never cracked a screen and my phone has never been damaged in any way due to the high quality of these cases. I love the protective, raised edges, even around the lenses. They constantly innovate, with cute new cases and accessories. Love that send free stickers. It shows how much they appreciate their customers. I just bought one of their new slim mag charger. I've received everything I've ever ordered over the years and always within 1-2 weeks. I won't buy a phone case anywhere else!

Edit: Of course after I made this review an employee named Gaile reached out and again offered to either refund or send me another pop socket. I took the pop socket and I did receive it. With that said, I do feel if I hadn’t posted this review, I would have never heard from them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, NOTHING BUT THEIVES. I filed a dispute with my bank for the product not being as described. Velvet Caviar reached out and agreed to provide a FULL refund if I canceled the dispute with my bank. I did this and since then they have gone cold and I have received zero communication. Also, they rescinded and crypted the emails that we were sending back and forth so that I would have no proof of their communication with me. Shame on them. Unfortunately, my bank has already rebilled so they now have been paid and I have a faulty, not as advertised product and no refund. Luckily, Paypal will help in now trying to get me a refund.

I absolutely LOVE this company! Their cases and accessories are beautiful and have saved my phone from breaking on several drops. The magnets are strong and work better than the Apple cases and items they sell at the Apple Store. Customer Service is responsive and supportive. I placed my order 1 month ago. I can't say anything about the quality, because I still haven't received my case. It took at least 2 weeks for my order to ship, and now over 2 weeks to even arrive. They can't control overseas shipping but the packing and sending is totally on them.

I have ordered a few phones covers and accessories and love their products however my last order had a delay and they do not have a way to speak with a live customer service representative. The online contact option through their website sent me a response within 3 minutes however it was a generic AI response every time I used it and didn’t answer my delivery question. The items I ordered were in Stock but the shipment process is not good at all. It’s extremely slow and fulfillment process is extremely slow.

I ordered the cutest case—the Many Moods of Snoopy and a matching mag safe grip ring. They came quickly, fit perfectly, seem very protective and I love them!!!! ♥️♥️♥️. The grip ring is much more comfortable than a pop socket.

I have probably ordered from your company a dozen times or more and have only returned one case but it cost $12 to return the case which I think is absolutely absurd. However they are very responsive anytime I email with questions. I do have one zebra case I am starting to get disappointed with. It has a brown ring around it and it would probably be too much trouble to return and also too late to return also. It would also probably cost a lot.
