While I love the cases from this store, the screen protector are horrible. Despite my phone being brand new, and cleaning as instructed, the glass cover doesn't sit flush on the edges of the phone. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a good screen protector.

The phone case is very sturdy and gorgeous! I will keep this one until my next phone. My only wish is the charger could be portable so I wouldn't need a wall socket to charge my phone.

Order never ships, and they stop replying to emails.
I ordered a phone case and a mag ring on April 4th, April 6th i get an email with a tracking number. The tracking number shows that the label has been created and is waiting to be picked up by usps. Its now April 16th and its still not shipped, usps doesn't even have my parcel. The emails are just automated responses and now im not even getting replies. Zero actual communication, i have no clue what is actually going on, i was really pumped about the case but i dont think I'll be receiving it at this point.
Update April 22 2026: i did finally receive my phone case. The tracking number they sent me in my original email was not my tracking number as it turns out. I changed my rating from a 1 star to 3 because the case is nice, but the customer service was still very sub par. Very confused why they sent me a tracking number that never worked

I LOVE VC cases. I have sooo many of them and the grips as well. I recently went through all of the plain colored cases and bought a light blue, pink, beige, black and two grips. Immediately after getting them, I put on that neutral beige - love it! I went for a walk a few days later and I had quite the fall - I mean I flew and so did my phone! My phone hit the ground and skidded about 5+ feet! I picked it up and was certain it would be broken; aside from some deep scrapes on the case, my phone was perfect and protected! I am officially more obsessed than I was before with these cases! THEN, I had to change the case due to the scrapes over to my blue one and only about a week later, it fell out of my pocket as I got in my car, and I simultaneously slammed it in my car door! What are the chances?! As hard as I slammed it, I was sure it would be destroyed and NOPE, it was perfectly fine, so I still have it on! I highly recommend these cases for strong phone protection.

Out of all the dozens of phone cases I have purchased I must say this brand is by far the best!! It doesn’t change colors , it actually protects your phone. The designs are teaaaa & for the price!? You can’t beat that! 10000000/10 recommend!
The case is pretty and easy to install. However, after a drop, my screen cracked (with a tempered glass protector installed) and a camera lens also cracked.
I expected better for the price and durability claims.
