I love velvet caviar
I love velvet caviar. I read some reviews where people have had issues with shipping and receiving their orders, but I’ve placed several orders over the years and have never had any issues 🤷♀️ the shipping speed is also much faster than what other phone case brands offer. Aside from that, the products themselves are very good quality and I feel like the prices are pretty fair as well, especially compared to competitors. The raised edges/bezels on the cases really do make a big difference and the material of the case in general is good quality. It fits and protects my phone perfectly. Also the designs are all so cute and I love the variety. I went with the Widow’s Web case this time and I love it. I recently started keeping jumping spiders and I love all things both cute and spooky so this was pretty perfect. The mirror effect of the web is so cool! I also got a the strawberry milk mag grip to match. I have to add that I love the newer MagSafe grip ring design. With the old design, the metal ring was attached straight to the magnetic ring and would eventually wear down to the point it would break. The reinforced metal ring that goes along the entire inside of the magnet makes a huge difference. The magnet is super strong too! It doesn’t easily fall off at all. It’s nice that the ring is able to spin completely around too so you can hold it or have it stand however you want, but it’s also not too loose to where it will spin on its own which I also like. Overall I’m very happy with everything and I’ve never had any issues or complaints.

Love love all of my phone cases
Love love all of my phone cases! Especially my jelly cases! I always go through velvet caviar for all my cases for the quality and cute designs! The mint jelly case is prefect for spring and summer and I love the mint jelly ring that comes with it, would buy from them again and again, I always get so many compliments on my cases.

Buyers beware
REPLY TO VELVET CAVIAR COMMENT- I've contacted your customer support team and I keep getting automated emails and no information on what has happened. Buyers beware! This company is a joke. I made an order and was told it would be delivered to Australia with 7-14 days. It's now been over 7 days and the product hasn't even been shipped. I have tried contacting the support team and they have been little to no help. They can't give me any information, and they keep telling me it's been shipped and even with the tracking number giving to me you can clearly see after a whole week all they have done is print a label. I wouldn't recommend this company at all! They are more worried about giving their products to "influences" than the average person spending their own money!

Ive ordered from VC multiple times and shipping is super fast. Usually receive in about a week. Cases are cute and durable and there are always lots to choose from. Ive never contacted customer service before so I cant speak to that aspect but for the 4+ orders ive placed, everything was great and I will be ordering again.

I really love my new phone case, the hydrangeas are beautiful! I've bought from other sellers before but I wont be going back to those. Velvet Caviar's phone cases are incredibly durable. After wear and tear of a few months, my case still looks brand new.

Velvet Caviar really blew my mind away…
Velvet Caviar really blew my mind away not only because they have sturdy and beautiful cases but, because their customer service is the best. They reply fast and answer whatever question you may have. I ordered two cases and a magnetic ring and i am currently looking at getting two more cases. Thats just how good their quality is. I couldn't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed. Oh yeah it's also woman owned! How great is that?

Great Company, Great Product
I always receive the cutest cases from Velvet Caviar. I have been using them for at least four years now. I always receive my order within a week of purchase. I bought my first cases about 4 years ago and I never got a any damages. I used their screen protectors and I cracked them but not my actual phone screen. I just upgraded my iPhone last month and got two more cases. I love them so much I took advantage of their bogo sale and purchased two more. They are so cute and fashionable. They definitely come as described. I even had an issue with my order which was my own fault and they quickly resolved my issue even though it was a Holiday weekend.

Best accessory and phone case in awhile
Really love the design and feel. For me though, it took a bit to get used to the difference in texture between the checkerboard. The case itself is super sturdy!! I've had no issues. That's also because I bought a chain to attach and it's one of the most useful things i've bought. I drop my phone a bunch when it's just in my hand, so the chain looks stylish AND saves my phone. Do recommend if you're clumsy or ditzy !

Phone cases are amazing but received a power bank that did not work they said they would send a replacement and when I asked for an update because I have waited for a long time to receive item they would not communicate with me.waited even longer and asked for refund and they did not answer would not recommend and even though the phone cases was good would not buy anything from them again because when you ask for refund for item you did not receive they would not answer my emails

Ordered the phone kit with everything and love all of it. I ordered the pink flower case with accessories and everything works and fits perfectly for my iphone. The wristlet is fancy and adds a little glamour. The magnets for the card holder and phone stand are very secure. I will definitely reorder when I’m ready to change my phone look. Everything is well made. High quality products

Putting the Customer back in Customer Service!
I don't usually leave reviews, but the customer service and ease of service surprised me, dare I say, SHOCKED me. I reluctantly purchased a new phone because the planned obsolescence of my prior phone was becoming ever increasingly incompatible with today's technological advances. I put a lot of time and thought into replacing the phone as well as all of the protective casings that went with it and finally bit the bullet. I placed an order with Velvet Caviar and requested shipment to my apartment. Delivery day came and when I checked the tracker it showed that the USPS declared I no longer lived at my apartment (I've been here for 5 years and only recently has the USPS apparently declared me dead or something). Frustrated, I went to the post office where I was told that I changed my address. I did not change my address. The prior tenant (YEARS AGO) changed their address and I had only vowels in common with their name- government efficiency at its finest! I left the post office certain that I was going to endure a maddening customer service call where I would be transferred several times and told I couldn't forward my order or that it would take weeks for a refund. Perhaps the post-COVID pessimism of what we have become as an unhelpful society that projected that onto Velvet Caviar but BOY- WAS I WRONG! I attempted to call them at first but MY phone disconnected service. The website and my confirmation email said I could contact them by email so I reached out and explained the situation, and requested either a refund or if they could forward the package to my office to ensure delivery. Not only did they answer the same day, they forwarded the package without hassle, without additional charges, without any fuss. It took me hardly any time to right what the USPS messed up. And on top of that- my package came to my office within 2 days- maybe less than that, honestly. I was truly shocked. This has been the ABSOLUTE best customer service I have had in over 5 years. So if you are wondering if you should purchase a product from Velvet Caviar, the answer is yes. The products themselves are high quality, feel wonderful in hand, and are adorable. And the real shining star is their customer service. 10/10 will order again.

Fabulous Design & Function!…
I love that all the accessories match my phone case, I ordered the battery & MagSafe grip. About 6 months later the grip came apart, I took a picture emailed it to the company & they replaced it right away! And the replacement is a superior upgrade in design so it will never come apart again and is easier to use as well Bravo! I also dropped my phone a few times with this case and it was really protected. I’m tempted to order another set just for fashion LOL!
