Shocking Service - Takes Money and Cancels Booking
Shocking Service. Made 2 bookings from Agoda, took money and then cancelled both bookings. Here is the chat with their customer service, where he / she states cant guarantee future booking wont be cancelled. Sent 01:17 PM sounds like i need to book withe Expedia. when you travel to Vietnam, i need to trust my hotel booking will be honored and not cancelled. This is my first booking with agodo. you obviously have a different business model. You should be able to trust that your booking will go smoothly, especially for an important trip. I can see why having two bookings cancelled would make you lose confidence. While I am unable to guarantee the outcome of a new booking or the return of the voucher, I do understand your concerns and I am sorry for the frustration and uncertainty this has caused.
