At first I choose this courier through shopee, because it's cheap hehe and I searched the review right after buying the products and I found most of the review was really bad and then I start to get panicked, just afraid they will deliver to the wrong address or taking so long to deliver from kajang to setapak.. Lol, and after a few days something happened which then, they dropped my parcel at the main point and did no one even pickep up my parcel to deliver for 2 days and I went to live chat and spammed as many workers as possible just to make sure they are responsible for my parcel, and the next day, I got my parcel😁 it's important to trust the process haha.
