Great products, shop needs work
Great products, with good scope for customisation the price point is higher but the quality of the products are good. The online shop is a little clunky however, I found the system would not recognise the house name, and would not allow for me to enter this in manually, I had to make a workaround with the company name field to make it work. The confirmation emails were not very clear with differences in the address information and all emails were addressed to the recipiant and not the buyer. But after contact with customer service this was made clear thst the email didnt have the full address label that was being attached. This needs to be improved, but i was quite happy with the service I recieved.
