Stay clear of this company
I tried to use the service and had issues, customer service asked to call me - there was banging and construction in the background it was very unprofessional. I called 3 times and had the same issue each time. In addition, I kept repeating the issue and they did not understand me. I downloaded the resume to test the program. Given the poor service, I decided I did not feel comfortable continuing, when I requested a refund (within 1 hour of my purchase) I was questioned and told it needs to go to another team. There is supposed to be a 3-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. Customer satisfaction is not a priority as they claim! This Company does not abide by their guarantees!
