The user experience is nice and intuitive. It really helps you start perfecting your resume and is very easy to create different versions and modifications for different job boards. I like that I can create paste job descriptions into the resume analysis. I've been able to land interviews. I think now I should try out the mock interview feature. It is just a great tool to start job hunting and get support.
I'm able to build tailored resumes in a fraction of the time it used to take. I'd be in rough shape without it.
Hiration is a great resource to build an impactful resume, generate compelling cover letter and prepare well for interviews. The templates provided by Hiration have been quite helpful in creating structured resumes, while AI integration has been helpful in refining content and correcting errors across documents as well as mock interviews.
The AI has excellent points that made it better for my resume that I was constructing, mainly looking at how accessible my points were and adding new resources. Of course, I am generally wary of how accurate AI is, though I am more worried of my main issue: cutting off text. All of my y's under my education setting at the end of "New Jersey" are cut in half, which is not present with the other lines at all. I am afraid there are more technical issues lying underneath the AI's generation and the templates provided.
Hiration simplified how my resume would be presented. They also gave proposals on how I could improve my CV for hire. The CV review is quite important, and integrating with AI makes the process smooth. I am now confident with my CV as I search for employment
it was easy and straight forward to use it simple ai helped a lot and the features showed simple and easy to use
It was a very smooth and user friendly experience
Hiration platform is very useful to create customised resumes for various profiles you apply to. They have different formats to choose from based on your need, including ATS friendly resume formats. Their AI feature helps you to write better sentences on your resume, making it very easy to use. I have been using it since last 1.5 years to update my resumes and I would recommend it to all professionals and students.
Easy to use and a perfect resume every time.
The templates read well from the uploaded content. The scoring boosts confidence. However, it's scoring feels outdated. It's not possible to have a bold text and metric in every point. The resume should get context.
I was starting to be confused on how to utilize the tool but I was assigned someone to help me, we had a google meet where they would help me step by step; it was such a great experience to have as a new user.
Prompt response via chat - issue fully resolved.
quick and direct response
I got access to Hiration through a coding bootcamp I attended. I uploaded my resume in July of 2024 and only TODAY in September of 2025 got the "actual person" resume review I requested, over a year ago. And I'm not seeing any actual feedback outside the automated stuff that was previously flagged.
Had a great experience working with Sushma and Hiration. She was able to assist with a minor issue that I was having and allowed me to continue working with ease.
I accidentally deleted a resume i had been working extensively on and within minutes i was connected to the support team through the chat feature. five minutes later they had recovered the resume for me with no issues. Amazing staff, definitely recommend this service!!
Good experience with the hiration team due to their relentless support when I had an issue. They ensured that it was solved atlesat by the next day and were very courteous throughout.
