I strongly caution anyone considering Hiration. My experience has been extremely disappointing and feels deliberately deceptive. I accidentally signed up for a subscription and was charged for an entire year without clear upfront warnings or reminders. I contacted their support immediately to explain the situation and even asked them to verify the usage — which was minimal to none — yet they still refused to offer any refund or flexibility.
This kind of rigid and money-driven approach, especially when there is clear evidence of no substantial usage, feels unethical. It’s disheartening to see a company prioritize profits over customer trust and satisfaction. I hope Hiration reconsiders how it handles such situations — and more importantly, I urge them to do the right thing and refund the charges.
The Hiration platform was truly a game-changing tool that transformed and optimized my resume. I have used many resume-building platforms before, and I can definitely say that Hiration is near the top with its use of AI to review and upgrade resumes. Additionally, Sushma, the representative who helped me, was dedicated, responsive, knowledgeable, and polite as she worked to answer my questions and resolve my needs to my satisfaction.
As a career coach I have used a lot of the AI assisted resume and interview platforms and Hiration is by far my favorite. It is easy to use offers plenty of designs that are pretty easy to configure to preferences. The team is very responsive and while it might take 24 hours to respond you will get a human response from someone very knowledgeable and supportive vs the AI-"gerbil in a a ball" circular chat bot response. Arun was incredible and actually spent close to an hour to help me get the most from this product. I can't say enough about him and Hiration - I am a raving fan !!! - Vandi

I like the tools and everything but the facing issues all the time
I’m experiencing issues with the resume builder tool, particularly with editing sections and the user interface. The editing process is cumbersome, and navigation is not very intuitive.
it is a great platform. their product is really user friendly, resume templates especially interview practice option is more efficient. Their ATS scored CV will definitely ensure the calls and to crack the interview as well
While the google meet did not meet my standards due to me not being able to hear or see who was on the other side, Mr. Arun. He did a great job helping me even with the technical difficulties. Grateful for his help and patience and thankful for the Hiration tool along with Mr. Osbaldo from Medcerts career help for assisting me in building a great resume!
This AI service does not do half of what it promises. Once you login, the suggestions for your resume are pointless, like “bullet points are too long.” It did not add anything useful to my job search process. The website promises 100% satisfaction or your money back no questions asked. I have emailed both support@hiration and team@hiration like the website requests and they do not respond. I tried to use the chat on their website and they don’t respond for hours it says offline at all hours of the day. If you look at all of the Trust Pilot reviews, they are clearly fake or bots. They don’t make sense and the review are written with all Indian names who have no other reviews on Trust Pilot. Do not give them your CC info, I will have to contact my bank to reverse the charges.
I accidentally deleted my finished cover letter that I spent well over an hour working on, and I was able to use the chat to quickly talk to someone and recover the document.
It doesn't do half of what it says it can do. I have tried contacting their customer service which doesn't exist as you get to chat with an AI which is useless as well. Do not waste your money.
