I had an issue with space alignment and I reached out over a chat Sweety understood the problem and effectively she educated me on next steps. The resolution was promised for 2 hours however, she responded quickly to resolve my issue in less than 5 minutes. Great customer obsession was represented. I tried to use the service and had issues, customer service asked to call me - there was banging and construction in the background it was very unprofessional. I called 3 times and had the same issue each time. In addition, I kept repeating the issue and they did not understand me. I downloaded the resume to test the program. Given the poor service, I decided I did not feel comfortable continuing, when I requested a refund (within 1 hour of my purchase) I was questioned and told it needs to go to another team. There is supposed to be a 3-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. Customer satisfaction is not a priority as they claim! This Company does not abide by their guarantees!
Hiration has the best support! I truly appreciate Arun who patiently helped me with some resume issues I was experiencing. I had issue with login to Hiration due to some technical glitch. Since past 2 weeks I was unable to login in to the site as its quite frustrating when you are premium member. But thanks to Hiration technical team who helped me and constant in touch to fix the issue. And now I'm able to login and can use it the way I wanted it.
