Not Worth the Money - Onboarding was professional and well organized. They collected detailed information and were responsive early on. - Resume writing was the strongest part — the final resume was well done and worth it. - Communication was unclear: I was not told upfront that only one meeting/revision with the resume writer was included. - The job search service did not match expectations. - Most jobs suggested did not align with my experience, preferences, location, or qualifications. - Recruiters mostly seemed to use LinkedIn only. - The only non-LinkedIn opportunities submitted were jobs I found myself. Overall, good resume support but disappointing job search results for the price.

I can honestly say working with Find My Profession was one of the best career decisions I’ve ever made. Before signing up, I was completely burned out from the job search process. I was spending hours every week searching for roles, tailoring resumes, filling out applications, networking on LinkedIn, and still getting very little traction. I knew I had strong experience, but I just wasn’t breaking through at the level I wanted. The Reverse Recruiting team completely changed that. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my background, career goals, target companies, compensation expectations, and the type of role I truly wanted long term. After trying 1 other reverse recruiting service I almost gave up. What makes FMP different is their bespoke and custom approach to networking and the overall job searching. Before FMP I had been applying to jobs on my own with no luck. To save time, I even used a reverse recruiting company that would apply to ~20-40 jobs per week for me. This resulted in only a few very low quality interviews. Within weeks of using Find My Profession I noticed a massive difference. I was attracted to the fact that their techniques don’t just focus on mass applying. That hasn’t worked for me in the past so I was not interested in it. They are hunters who find the right contacts, and position me as a top candidate through personalized email and Linked In outreach. This strategy is what ultimately made the difference in securing me my next role. I couldn’t recommend FMP more. Don’t wait. Don’t try on your own. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys, you won’t regret it.
