Excellent, personal approach used for career profile update process
The interactions I've had with the staff at Find My Profession thus far were positive and personal in terms of my goals of updating my profile (resume + cover letter and LinkedIn page) and alignment towards a slight shift in my career goals. Kimberly Sarmiento was my writer and worked with me exceptionally well for this segment (I'm still going through the job-finding/networking portion of the process, to be done with other staff).

The thing that stuck out most to me was their level of communication. Not a day went by where I did not feel completely in the loop with my job search activity. With their transparent activity tracker and the regular check-ins, I felt very taken care of.
They took all the heavy lifting out of job searching for me. They found high quality jobs that I was not able to find on my own. They promptly applied. And the networking was phenomenal. They took the time to get to know me and craft custom messages to high level contacts at each of my target companies and generated a significant amount of interviews.
I'm happy to report that after 4 months of service, I have landed a new Vice President role at one of my target companies making $63,000 above my last role. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in a senior level position seeking assistance with their job search.

Resume was rewritten, after which I submitted it to AI personally and was able to identify multiple strategic errors in the positioning for jobs. They have no incentive for you to get hired because once you do, they lose revenue. Without any requests for feedback, asked me to renew monthly. No personalized reach out; everything is a systematic cold approach to hiring managers that got no results. Huge waste of time and a lot of money.
