I tried to complete a mobile Deposit into my account by depositing a Check From The Burlington County Superior Court Jury Management Office in the amount of $ 5.00 ( FIVE DOLLARS ) on 5/3/2026. That afternoon I received an email letting me know that the Deposit was not accepted and must call the Bank. I placed a call to the Bank on 5/4/2026 in the early am and spoke to a customer Service Representative to find out what was going on. The representative explained to me that it appeared that the Check was altered and that she would look into it but not able at that time due to they were short handed. So I figured about a couple hours and still no call from anyone. I went on Chat to try to get some help and I was given the CEO’s secretary Name an extension. I then called the # and had to leave a message. I still have not received a call back from anyone about the $ 5.00 Deposit ( Five Dollars ). This is not the kind of service that I would have expected.
