Install placement, line flooding, no follow up
Install was not placed in the agreed upon location. The placement created need to change plans for a renovation as I was told it would have been corrected within the same week which never happened. Within days, the Product’s line failed, flooding my basement and damaging items and I was unaware as I do not visit this space daily. I had to have my regular come out for an Emergency line repair, clean up, and mold remediation. The ignored calls, messages , and complaints for months until I filed a report with the bbb. Despite providing proof they claim that the issue was rectified when it has not been despite having copies of communication saying otherwise. The sales and install team seem great with low pressure until something goes wrong even with in the warrantee for removal. Suddenly calls are unanswered and emails are not received.
