My original review here was mean as my experience with their customer service was poor due to a lack of follow up or clarification in emails and whenever I tried to call the customer service line they were either in trainings or unable to take my call this happened multiple times over different weeks and trying to resolve different concerns such as my account on Warhammer Plus or trying to order something. However in the last four months the customer service response time has improved and while I have not spoken to them or tried calling them on the phone the email responses are a lot more thorough and direct and have been very kind and generous when it comes to resolving my concerns they were able to let me know when one of my packages were going to be delayed and were kind enough to want to make some amends with my frustrations changing my review from one out of five to 4.5 out of 5 just because of the original poor experience however it feels like a completely different dialog more recently.
