I have parcel arrived SG warehouse after i pay me shipment fee like 300+usd customer service team keep ask me provid document cos i used my friend online account purchase，affer i provide bank stament shoping invoice they ask more then ID photo phone number . I did provide all they ask few week befor， after i provide all this information they never email respond me anymore， why charge money at earlier stage. and i even ask if to hard just help me return to send i refund it， after this long way and not respond play custome like this………also charge me 300+usd shipment fee if in my country i will bring they to ACCC..
