Too slow - no idea when I’ll get my spectacles
I placed the order of my spectacles and prescription on 19th September. The company then proceeded to only contact me on 22nd to get additional details which I provided promptly. They should have asked me earlier. For some reason they only processed it by 24th. Then, even now on 27th September they still say that they are away 8 working days from me getting my item. This is clearly unacceptable that a spectacles takes more than 2 weeks to arrive when frame is available. Not sure what is the advantage of this over a local optical store.
