Outstanding customer support
EDITED: 11/22/2024 Do not fall for the reviews, most of them are insider. I do not recommend using CJdropshipping. My experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional. Out of 50 orders, I received 3 chargebacks due to late deliveries and defective products. While losing a bit of money isn’t my biggest concern, having chargebacks on my payment processor because of their poor service is completely unacceptable. Their processes are flawed—they ship defective products without proper quality checks, and their delivery time is around 15 days, which is way too long. To make matters worse, their prices are often higher than AliExpress. If you’re debating between CJ and AliExpress, go with AliExpress Choice. While I don’t enjoy supporting large corporations, at least AliExpress offers better pricing and more reliable shipping. To sum up: Defective products and no quality checks Long shipping times (15 days on average) Poor customer support Higher prices than competitors I strongly advise against using CJdropshipping.
