I ordered two bridesmaids dresses and needed to return them in March. Jjshouse do not refund your shipping (they make this clear from the outset) but both dresses were refunded on the 25th of May. It took a long time and cost me over 45 euro in shipping but I cant fault their customer service or how quickly they responded each time I contacted them. Also the dress I ordered to replace the two that were too small is beautiful and very good quality. I would use again now that I know their sizes.
