I found a specific pair of ariat boots that I wanted for my wedding. Unfortunately my size was super hard to find anywhere. Stages west said they had my size available on their website so I excitedly ordered them. However after a few days when I never received a shipping confirmation I was starting to get a gut feeling that they may not have had my size in stock after all. I gave them a call where they confirmed that they did not have a size 6 in stock. So I had to scramble to see if I could find them elsewhere. Customer service was nice and friendly and issued me a refund. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve ordered boots from a website (not this site in particular) where they said they had a specific size in stock and they actually didn’t. Definetly recommend if you’re searching for a size or item that’s hard to come by, give them a call first to confirm they actually have it before ordering.
