I like B.E's products and prices but…

I like B.E's products and prices but some of us can only purchase when we have extra money, so charging shipping for orders under $499.00 makes me anyway, go to a dealer that appreciates my smaller orders and not penalize me for smaller orders. I've purchased a modest amount of metals but have to avoid B.E. unless my wallet is full. I hope they would reconsider and bump that 3 stars to 4-5.

Title: Counterfeit Morgan's

I ordered the 28-piece Morgan Silver Dollar set from Dealupgo. After a long wait and multiple emails—most of which went unanswered—I finally received 28 coins that resembled Morgans… but even without being an expert, I could tell something was wrong. To be sure, I took them to a certified numismatist. His verdict: counterfeit. The coins were inconsistent in weight, had no detectable silver content, and showed signs of artificial blackening and surface abrasion. They weren’t even worth melt value. When I finally got a response from Dealupgo, they offered me $20—claiming they had to “pay for the coins and free shipping.” That’s less than 2.1% of the actual melt value, and a complete insult to any collector. Selling counterfeit U.S. currency is a federal crime under Title 18 U.S. Code §§ 471–473. Whether it’s used to bait buyers, launder funds, or mislead collectors, it’s illegal. My bank is now investigating the charge, and I’ve reported the incident to the appropriate authorities. To make matters worse, Dealupgo ships from China—but you don’t find that out until they send a tracking number. That’s how they avoid cancellations: once it’s “shipped,” they claim it’s out of their hands. For a full refund, they expect you to mail counterfeit money through a U.S. carrier, which is itself a federal offense
