What people say

Happy first time buyer from Bullion Exchanges

Just made three purchases from BE. Very simple, web site works perfectly. Not hard to see they have the best prices going. First and second order, close together, took a few days to ship due to their new-buyer verification policy, but zero issues. Third order shipped the same day! I don't see how any company can beat that kind of fast customer service! Very glad that I surfed my purchases enough to find Bullion Exchnges.

Made an online (credit card) order over…

Made an online (credit card) order over the weekend which went thru on my end, and received an email on Monday stating that their compliance team was unable to verify my account and my order was pending for 48 more hours. Called them and was told to just send in a wire instead, and when I did not agree to the wire I was told that I could never make a future purchase with them again. Good riddance! Classic bait and switch company, as by Monday the price had risen by a $1.50 more per coin.

I ordered from them the 5 oz Elemetal…

I ordered from them the 5 oz Elemetal USA 250th Anniversary Shaped Silver Bar .999 Fine and wired $310 ,this is a brand new coin that was minted in the states this year 2026 to commorate america 250 anniversary . I got a sealed coin that has dirt and yellow bloches on it making it look really ugly ,this is meant to be given as a present to my son . I asked them for a replacement and they replied that this defect is expected during production and does not affect the value of the coin !!!! As if esthetics does not matter! In good faith I wired them money money and expected a brand new producted minted in 2026 to present it as a present to my son .If I was shopping in their store I would have not picked up a dirty coin. And if the value is the same why don't they keep the ugly coin and give me a new one?!!!!. This is the third time I ordered this same item from them and it was spottless and that is the only reason why I bought it again . This 5 oz bar was mint this year 7/26 ,there is no reason for me to accept it looking like that 1-this is not a secondary market , 2-this is not an open item it is sealed 3- this is not a used item 4-it was not cheap 5-this is not an old coin I am giving it as a present and I need a presentable item Their reply is a shame to anyone who knows customer service ,NO NAME ,NO CONTACT INFO and no resolution The reply is not proportionate with the size of the company or the wrong it did me. I feel cheated AND RIPED OFF and need a replacement.

They are liars and thieves

This is an honest review. I sent some silver, gold, and platinum to bullion exchanges to buy off of me, and when they received my package it was incomplete and someone stole from my package. They gave me an inventory of what they received and I sent them a return label to send my order back to me so I could submit a claim with the USPS. I receive the package and am wrapping up the claim and when we open the package from bullion exchanges, the items they said they received weren't even in the package they returned. I don't understand what the heck is going on but if someone is stealing from customers over there then I say a curse on the thief.

I like B.E's products and prices but…

I like B.E's products and prices but some of us can only purchase when we have extra money, so charging shipping for orders under $499.00 makes me anyway, go to a dealer that appreciates my smaller orders and not penalize me for smaller orders. I've purchased a modest amount of metals but have to avoid B.E. unless my wallet is full. I hope they would reconsider and bump that 3 stars to 4-5.

Waste of time and problems. Possible scam.

Ordered gold coins online and gave my account information for ACH. They called me and told me that they would not process my order via ACH and my only option was to send them a wire transfer immediately or they would cancel my orders and suspend my account. I was surprised by this but decided to do a wire anyway even though it was almost $14,000. Set up the transfer with my bank and then my bank called me and told me they could not verify the Bullion Exchanges account. My bank called Bank of Oklahoma directly and were told by Bank of Oklahoma that they were unable to verify the account. My Bank told me I would be extremely foolish to send money to an unverified account and that it was very high risk. I simply cannot risk that much money sending it to an unverified account. Bullion exchanges said the only thing they could do was to cancel my orders and suspend the account. Overall it was just a waste of my time and problems I don't need. I have bought over $200,000 worth of gold from JM Bullion and I think it is worth it to pay the extra money in premiums rather than risk doing business with people who are so rigid and inflexible. I really felt like their attitude was pay in cash up front or we're going to cancel your orders and permanently ban you from their site, we think you are a criminal. It really felt like a threat and raised issues in my mind that perhaps this was a high pressure scam of some sort. Also, if I have this many problems and rude attitudes just trying to pay for an order what happens if there are any other difficulties with the shipment? Does not bode well for their ability to resolve issues in a reasonable manner and in reading their reviews others have had trouble with them and state they are still waiting to get their money back. I did nothing wrong here and simply made an order in good faith on their website. They accepted my order and my payment method and all this came up later. Would not recommend doing business with this company. orders 101260550, 101260397, and 101259959
