Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Good pricing. Product was as advertised. It does take a little longer to receive product than some other sites, but communication was excellent along the way.

The Best !
I believe my first experience with Scottsdale Mint was about 15 years ago when I purchased some silver eagles. I renewed my connection when reviewing the world financial status and have had a refreshing re-connect. All products are of high quality and delivery time is superb. Over the top satisfied customer. Paul R.
They have awful payment system
They have awful payment system. You'll lose money if you're not careful.
Delivery issues taken care of.
Delivery appeared delayed in Denver for a number of days. Contacted customer support and they responded promptly. I don't know if your interaction with usps caused the package to move or not but the next day I saw movement again and received it today 😀. Packaging was excellent and the product was exactly what I ordered. Really appreciate the assistance!!
Scottsdale mint is my go-to for .9999…
Scottsdale mint is my go-to for .9999 silver grain. The quality is unmatched and the shipping is fast and secure. Please are the only people I buy my silver grain from.
Excellent Design, Quality, and Stackability
The Scottsdale Mint 2 oz Silver Stacker is one of the most impressive silver bullion products I own. The ultra-high relief lion design is stunning in person and gives the round a premium look and feel that stands out from standard silver rounds. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with sharp details, a substantial weight, and a beautiful finish. What really sets this piece apart is the innovative stackable design. The rounds interlock perfectly, making storage secure and visually impressive. Whether you're a silver stacker, collector, or both, these rounds offer something unique that few other bullion products can match. The ability to stack seamlessly with other Scottsdale Stackers is a feature I appreciate more every time I add another one to my collection. At 2 troy ounces of .999 fine silver, it provides a satisfying heft in hand while maintaining excellent liquidity and recognition within the precious metals community. The combination of beauty, functionality, and silver content makes this one of the best value-added bullion pieces available today. If you're looking for silver that is both investment-grade and visually impressive, the Scottsdale 2 oz Stacker is an easy recommendation. I'll definitely be adding more to my stack.
Customer service flatlined
I turned to Scottsdale Mint when I received damaged goods, their brand, from another (unhelpful) dealer. I am in Australia and was quoted a very expensive postage fee to return, replace and receive new items. Eventually I decided to just reorder and pay for new items directly from Scottsdale Mint. The last I heard from customer service, Eric H in particular, they were preparing an invoice for me. I provided all my instructions and personal details yet despite many follow up emails, I did not receive the invoice. A bit stressful and disappointing overall.

Tombstone nuggets are a favorite
I literally love the quality, craftsmanship & intricate designs! The tombstone nugget silver round is a beautiful piece. The kilo tombstone has a great look & the canvas bag & authentic tag makes it a lovely pkg. Every piece feels special & I'm so proud to own some of the pieces I have purchased at Scottsdale Mint. You are my 1st stop when I go shopping. Thank you kindly. Karen

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shipping time. Our products have a published processing timeframe of 4–6 weeks, which is noted on the product page prior to purchase. While it appears your order shipped within that timeframe, we understand that waiting can still be frustrating, especially if you were looking forward to receiving your coin sooner. If there's anything else about your order that we can assist with, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to help. Kind Regards, Scottsdale Mint

1 oz colorized silver…
Bought my wife a 1 oz colorized silver round, very nice, she loves it♥️
Received a defective 5 oz round from…
Received a defective 5 oz round from the Eagle Stacker Starter Set with visible gouges and a malformed rim. When I contacted Scottsdale Mint with photos documenting the defect, they dismissed my concern as being 'unimpressed' with the product and hid behind a 72-hour return policy rather than investigating the issue. I was willing to exchange just the defective round. They refused. I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company. For a mint that calls itself 'The Most Distinguished Name in Bullion,' their quality control and customer service fell well short of that claim. Buy elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. At Scottsdale Mint, we always strive to provide quality products and assist our clients whenever possible. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, clients are asked to inspect and report any concerns promptly after delivery so our team can properly review and address them. Because this issue was reported well after delivery, our ability to further investigate or offer a replacement was unfortunately limited under our policies. We appreciate your feedback and your business. - Scottsdale Mint
