They tried to pay me half price for silver. I shipped my metals for one price and they 'reclassified' them. Apparently pure Canadian silver is only worth half to them. Now I have to pay them so they can send it back. Straight criminals don't sell to them. Useless company. Even the guy on the phone knew, he wouldn't let his dog get screwed liked that.
Edit: They apologized for how bad the price they pay. And sent me my pure silver coins back free of charge. They still want to pay ~$40/ coin when spot is $69. Yet they pay 'best price guaranteed' I guess using their online tool is a bad option. Call them and see how bad they pay first.

There was a bit of an unusual delay in delivery after the funds were ACH-taken from my account, but after a call, you placed the coin into the UPS system right away. These glitches happen. Anyway, the coin (and the other coins I have purchased from you) are gorgeous.
