Margin taken by Kitco is way too much. Check your competition. I'm a long standing customer of Kitco and keep old habits, but that can change. Other than that, the rep. Was polite but that is mistaken for good service. Polite is a given and should not be a business metrix. Performance is the metrix. On that subject, you need to reinstate the "walk-in" possibility at your Montreal office. Yes, Yes, we know... Covid, but that is now over and done. Give a real personal service; which is best exemplified by being there in person! When I promoted kitco in the past, people would be surprised to know that there is a place in Montreal where you can just walk in and buy/sell precious metals. Many of these people opened account with Kitco and transact. I now never recommend Kitco because its to much of a foreign concept for most to not see and touch the metal. Your loss.
