If you create an order and change your mind they call repeatedly threatening to charge you a fee even though they don't have your payment info. I will never buy from them. Hero bullion on the other hand just quietly closes the order for you without the harassment. I'll be using them from now on.

They have accepted 3 credit card purchases, then they denied the following two? Customer service blamed it on a glitch, well their glitch seems permenant, as I keep getting valid cards turned down that I know are good. So I send personal checks that take a solid week or more to clear their bank. The time it takes to get you your order would sink this company in other form of business. They don't seem to care? If I can deal with any other bullion company I will.

I don’t know what happened I don’t know what happened. I ordered bags of constitutional silver. It never arrived. I have paid for product that has gone down in value—silver I should be holding in my possession right now. This is an aberration to be sure. I have spent several hundred thousand dollars with SD Bullion over the years. Orders always arrived without issue until now!! I laid this complaint here on Trustpilot before, and SD Bullion never did a thing—no tracking resolution, no refund, just silence from the very company that took my money and left my shipment in limbo. I had given up entirely until another long‑time buyer told me about Pømåådvisory. They didn’t promise miracles, but they took over the dead‑end communication, cut through the excuses, and my missing bags were finally located and delivered. I’m not advertising; I’m simply sharing what finally worked after being completely ignored. The date will appear wrong on this—it won’t allow me to set the correct date.
