Do not buy from SD Bullion. I purchased a ms 70 brand new. Very excited until I saw the coin with scratches all over the coin I can see with my bare eye with the light off! Contact there horrible customer service & was told they won’t do anything to help me. Ai says it’s there “loop hole” and the only way is to sue them which will cost x500 the coin. Absolute bs. I will melt there coin and ingrave “The remaining shat of SD bully!

Don't work with SD Bullion. They will rip you off through so called "policies". If they turned you over to collections for bogus fees respond to me on FB. I will tell you how to go after them.

I've done a lot of business with SD Bullion. Today, I placed an order for 20 silver Philharmonics and mistakenly used a credit card for payment. I intended to use a bank wire to get the coins at spot. I immediately called SD Bullion to change the payment method from credit card to bank wire - no dice - ALL PAYMENTS FINAL! THIS IS MY LAST ORDER FROM SD BULLION.

Don't buy from SD Bullion! If you want standard shipping you have to pay with a debit / Credit card and there is a 10 to 12 dollar fee associated with it on top of the premiums you pay on the coins. If you pay with a E - check you have to wait four to five days for their bank to process your payment even though it comes out of your account immediately. So your going to wait close to two weeks for any online orders unless you pay the debit & credit card fees . Poor customer service !

I don’t know what happened I ordered bags of constitutional silver It never arrived I have paid for product that has gone down in value. It should be in my possession right now This is an aboration to be sure. I have spent several hundred thousand dollars with you Orders always arrive until now !!
