Random Year coins in terrible condition

This is for random year and "our choice" coins & rounds. In all of the sales photos on the website, these coins show BU grade photos, which is very dishonest, as what I received were highly (and I mean very highly) stained, tarnished, handled, chipped, etc. They sales photos on the website should be representative of the actual product condition that will be delivered - I would have never purchased these products if I knew how bad they could look. The listing does mention that they could be circulated however when I have bought similar coins from other dealers, they never looked this bad. When I asked customer service about the condition of the coins and that I was not happy about them, they told me that they could buy them back, which obviously I would lose money on and they would make a significant amount of money on (relative to the overall transaction). I have ordered BU products from SD bullion before, but I would not recommend buying random year or "our choice" products from them unless you are okay with severely tarnished/stained/dented products. For me the 5% savings for random year coins isn't worth it, and I never would have ordered them if their sales photos were honest and accurately resembled the actual goods that would be purchased.

I ordered a beautiful coin that was an addition to part of a my collection, the capsule that it came in had a few scratches in it from the shipping process which affects the resale value. I notified their customer service and they shipped a new one to me. Great service

I recently chose to vault my holdings

I recently chose to vault my holdings, so I made a small purchase to see how my bullion would reflect in the vault account. The transfer took a few days but it was seamless. As the price comes down I'll buy more silver and keep stacking!

They are thieves

They are thieves. Sent them 200 ounces of silver. Box was signed for with no damage after 3 weeks they claim they only received half of it. Wouldn’t call police. Will not do anything to help me. USPS can prove they delivered the package full weight and in good shape.
