This company’s bullshit cancellation policy
This company’s cancellation policy is complete robbery. If you are unsure about purchasing I’d tell you to go to your local gold dealer. They charged me a 5% cancellation fee along with collections fee of 50% because I canceled an order with them. No money or bullion was ever exchanged and yet I had to pay them for canceling an order after It was confirmed. Complete bullshit
Absolute worst experience I ever had…
Absolute worst experience I ever had purchasing precious metals. I’m new to the site accidentally hit the wrong thing it placed an order for me. I immediately called then waiting on phone for 1/2 hr also emailed. Once I spoke with a person I asked to cancel so I could reorder when I get home so I can attach my bank account because I would like to buy more coins in the future I was told nope can’t do it $35 fee to cancel!! I told her I was new and she said sorry you agreed to the terms, I said I have my cc can you waive the $10cc fee this time and I’ll set up bank account link when I get home and i was told nope. So paid the $10 cc fee and you lost a customer who loves buying silver for life!! So SD Bullion cares more about $10 than its customers. Zero Help
Fast shipping and Privacy Packaging
Fast shipping. Nice selection. Privacy packaging.
It was a reasonable process to complete…
It was a reasonable process to complete setting up an account at the depository, easier than other accounts I have. Also, it is nice to only be dealing with one entity and not 2 or 3 to complete the entire transaction. SD Bullion has been very reliable through the years and is now my go to.
I like being notified of precious metal…

They are charging me a cancellation fee and loss of market value when I never made an order i was hacked and they said I made an order wire transfer but since I didn’t make the order they’re saying I must pay almost 1450.00 for coins I never got and order I never made and now they want to put me in collections how is that even legal I called up n got no help from them that do I do any help

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Buyback of metals was a very smooth process and quick turnaround. Buyback price was best I could find after shopping around at 4 other major metals dealers. Payment was fast!! Highly recommend SD for buyback of your metals!!

SD Bullion gave me a fair price and made the buyback experience seamless. They provided the correct, insured UPS label, packaging instructions and helpful hints. Once they received the metals, they were quick to handle the processing and my payment was issued within 24 hours.
Always "spot on"!
All went well

I'm thankful for SD bullion except how I'm charged an extra two hundred bux on every order because I only have a cash app card for my bank account, I plan on buying again soon I hope someday to win a monster box for my children that would be cool.
