I'm a new customer on a limited budget. I was concerned as some things are sometimes to good to be true. However after my shipment I realized that I found a company that true cares about their customers! When my order arrived there was an issue so I reached out and described it and their customer service person made it right IMMEDIATELY! No huge drama, no disrespect, no attitude just TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The way companies used to be when a customer was important.I no longer have doubts about ordering from Thrive! I will definitely be ordering because the food is clean and good AND I matter to Thrive!
