I wouldn't go near this company
I wouldn't go near this company. I bought a pair of trousers which, when arrived, looked awful. The style was nothing like that online - instead they were just straight done, nothing special at all, and not harem-like. What's worse is that I have asked their customer service how to initiate a return. I have had one response in the past week, whereby she asked whether I would accept an exchange instead of a refund. I said no thank you, I want the refund, so please can you let me know where to send it to / how to begin the process (as they purposefully make you ask, rather than have it written anywhere.) The days keep on passing and I have heard nothing back despite chasing three times. It's just a really bad way to treat people. Clearly an undependable company with low quality products.
