They do not honor their refund policy
I purchased their product through their website after reviewing their stated refund policy: "We have a 90-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with the product you purchased during your first 90 days, we promise to refund your money. When you request a refund, our customer service representatives may inquire the reason for your refund so we can improve our products and our customer experience." I realized immediately that the tool didn't suit my needs so I requested a refund the same day assuming it would be honored per their policy. What followed was a back and forth where they continued to pressure me to find value in their product and not refund it. They never refunded my money and I'm currently working with my credit card to resolve the dispute.
