All available Software works professional reliable without of any problems. The support I had by Mr. Owen Tan was fast, competent and in my case also accomodated. I use mainly the AOMEI Backupper Pro since years and also the Partition Manager. I´ll recommend this company to all of my friends.

The programs are for life. The version of OneKey Recovery I'd purchased in 2019 was with an embedded key and wasn't working and didn't update, After contacting support they provided me a new download link and a key. It's working again and I have registered it in my account like other programs from AOMEI I have. Good software with quick and good support if needed.

I purchased the IOMEI Backupper Pro in 2023 (Lifetime Upgrades / 1 PC). Everything was good, more or less, until I decided to transfer it from one machine to another. I uninstalled it from one, sent a message (automated) about the reason for uninstalling, expecting the license to be released. After that, I tried to activate it on another machine but got a message like "Too many Licenses," meaning my license had never been released. I got no response from AOMEI.
