Waiting on our refund!!!
We placed an order 8/23/20 for an Osmo pocket. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Laura and were unable to receive mail, so we had the shipment returned, WHICH YOUR COMPANY has received the package back on 9/10/20. Our refund was approved on 9/14/20. We were told it would take 7-14 business days for our refund to be given back and WE STILL HAVENT RECEIVED our money back yet! Here we are again, a second time evacuating from ANOTHER HURRICANE, and still trying to get our refund from your company! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! We need our refund ASAP and we need someone to contact us back before we take it a step further. We can’t actually SPEAK to someone on the phone for whatever reason. This is BAD BUSINESS, and if someone doesn’t get back to us ASAP we will be filing a complaint. I expect a message within the hour to rectify this issue.
