The service was excellent - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the purchase process a breeze. I even had to cancel one appointment due to conflict and reschedule - not a problem on their end, they very cheerfully rescheduled and were ready to help when I arrived. I was in/out in just under 30 minutes - excellent experience. For those worried about COVID, I felt all processes were very safe. I was the only person on the lot for my appointment, masks and shields were in place, and the contract was all e-signed via my email account.
