I have visited several different places…

I have visited several different places looking and talking to the staff. Ultimately I chose TRAILERSPLUS because of Justin who was so helpful, understanding of my trailer needs. He explained details in an easy to understand way. STELLAR service! If I need another trailer, Justin will be the first person I will call. I would definitely recommend Trailersplus and especially the Grand Junction store and Justin!

In and out easy process

Process was super easy, checked out the trailer I was thinking about plus a few others. Made my decision and handled the paperwork, everyone knew what they were talking about and hooked us up. Got rid of the stuff we didn’t need/want and that was it, payed and out the door. All the guys were cool as hell and easy to work with.

Direct, no hassle and easy to deal with

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and was shown exactly what I asked to see. I was given a quote and their two options for financing. I submitted finance info and was approved on Monday. I picked up my trailer on Tuesday in about an hour and a half. Moses and the rest of the team were outstanding.

Found the trailer online

Found the trailer online, everything we wanted in it, put $1.00 down to hold it. Joshua met with us and walked us out to one of their bays, the trailer was in it and being prepared. Paperwork went smoothly with Joshua walking us through it, plus outstanding staff, showing all the features. We would definitely buy from Trailers Plus again. Thanks again boy’s

Called in to the store around 1:30…

Called in to the store around 1:30 to confirm the trailer I was looking for was in stock. They had the trailer so after a short drive I was able to look at the selection of trailers in the size I was looking for and a seemless 1 hour later I was headed home with my new trailer. Robert was very helpful and thorough with the purchase.

The computer took a while

The computer took a long time. There was no water for the customer. The top of the trailer topside has dents but I was not informed of.

I went by to look at a trailer and…

I went by to look at a trailer and possibly talk to a salesman. The store was very busy. Never got a chance to talk to salesman but did look at the trailer. Their website does state. Please make an appointment ,so that night I made an appointment went back the next day they were busier than they were before but when my appointment came, Chris, the sales person told the customers he was with I have an appointment. I have to take him very friendly made an appointment for the people he was helping then I got the trailer I needed. They have plenty of trailers in stock. Great store, friendly people,highly recommend.

Bought a brand new trailer and the lights didn’t work

Bought a brand new trailer and the right side blinker and brake light never worked. The guy said they did but instead of telling me the truth he let me drive 3.5 hours home with a trailer that didn’t work. Had to wait over a week to get a new light. Customers do not come first here. This company is crap with I never bought from them

David was really clear and understandable about what we ask and definitely we will do business with him.

The trailer was ready

The trailer was ready. Guy gave very good instructions and explained everything about the trailer hooked it up. Made sure all the lights were working properly before I left. He was very polite. The service was quick convenient in and out. Absolutely love the place. We will be buying more trailers from them.

Highly Recommend

Great experience with them Trevor was great with communication and helped me through the process and the other guy that helped install the extra accessories to the trailer and helped me get situated was awesome too driving from San Antonio to San Marcos to get my trailer when I could of just got one here locally should speak for itself on how professional they are and at what they do. Definitely hope to buy many more dump trailers here for my business.

Trailers Plus doesn't stand behind it's product…

EDIT: looking at other reviews lots say great customer service but only seem to be talking about the purchase and anyone that actually dealt with an issue agrees. Worst customer service I ever dealt with. I bought a trailer and when I hooked up a brake controller on it, I found out the brakes were dangerously tight. The wheels locked and skidding making the trailer sway. The guy told me this wasn't dangerous!!! Instead of standing behind their product and making the simple brake adjustment, I was told I could pay more for the product I already purchased. 0 stars if possible. They seem like great guys when you are buying but are the biggest rudest people when it comes to service.
