It took almost a week to get an appt to come in and see the trailers so it caused us a lot of grief with the delay and redoing or schedules to leave. They kept saying they would call us back, to see if we could get in, in the next few days, but no one called us back. We finally reserved a trailer and got an appt. other than all the trouble of finally getting in, we were able to buy that day and drive off. The salesman we had seemed nice and was able to explain the different models.
