Every single time I try to get a refill they say they have to contact my vet, even though they have valid prescriptions. Never once have they just used a refill on file. This delays shipping which is annoying, but also bothers the vet for no reason. They also cancel orders when you use a discount code, and then won’t honor it because they claim you already used it. Go to Chewy, they’re way better
