Customer service at the location in…Lavonia
Customer service at the location in Lavonia was great! The guy there was awesome and did a great job. He was always professional and my friend remembered him. He sold him his 6 by 12. Things that could have been better: 1. Different taillights on the trailer from one side to the other. The guy there had to change out one side. 2. Did not have a wheel for the crank instead of a sand pad. Not in stock. 3. Did not have a spare wheel with black rim like the one on the trailer. Only had upgraded tire on black rim. I did not purchase it - lost sale. 4. Did not have any D rings. Lost sale.
