Bill was very helpful recommending parts that were needed for my project. Shipping was very quick via FEDEX (love FEDEX vs UPS - who always seems to unnecessarily delay delivery by several days) and quality of the pieces seems excellent. I bought the flex liner from Fireside via Amazon and even this order was handled expeditiously. If asked I would recommend Fireside Chimney Supply without hesitation.
