Committed and personalized service and advice
Never had I thought that my journey into creating a Will or Trust on a web site would provide me with such a personalized and rewarding experience. I stumbled into this process with absolutely no idea of what I was doing and very soon after starting I backed out due to the overwhelming and daunting task ahead. After a short delay I was contacted by email to inquire if I needed assistance as I had paused my process. This has lead to a very helpful and rewarding exchange of emails over and above the service expected from a web site. The staff supporting this business are incredibly focused and driven to help us all at this important stage of our life and I can't thank them enough for taking the time and making the effort, with no financial obligation from me for this additional advice. I certainly no hesitation recommending and supporting this service and the wonderful people supporting it for their very personalized and committed attitude towards their customers. Thank you to all the staff supporting this valuable service, especially Taylor Johnson. You have made this crucial process very much more simple for me.
