No support from Xiaomi
Bought a vaccume cleaner. After 2 months the charger didn't work anymore. To get a new charger we had 2 send in the whole product instead of they supportet us with a new charger. 1000 emails where they send us the same information and didn't say why they couldn't send a new charger.
