AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Much like many reviews here, I paid additional for express shipping, and my item only arrived after much back and forth (a month) later. It was first delayed because it wasn't even processed after purchase, and said it was my fault for asking for a refund, that's why it was delayed....and then CS made some stupid excuse that it was a counterfeit so had to source for another one so all in all I paid $50 for express shipping for nothing. It was only shipped immediately after I said I would do a refund claim via my CC and have the transaction blocked. Also same to other reviews, that CS was unbearable to liaise with, kept having to repeat myself. When my shoes arrived they don't even seem authentic, and when i took them to a Soloman store, they said it doesn't look original. So I probably got scammed.
