Still waiting for refund after returning 5 weeks ago.
I returned my item, which was received by JJs house on 26th August and I'm still waiting some 5 weeks later for my refund!! Order No. 4376809713 UPDATE: JJs have sent me an email in response to this review to say they have refunded me. Just to make you aware that they have said they will refund me (as they did after they'd received the returned goods in August) but I'll have to wait between another 3 to 14 business days!! So their response is in fact inaccurate as I haven't yet received the refund.
